As the firm’s first client concierge, Shepperd will facilitate the open, fast, and friendly communicaiton for which the firm is known. He will work closely with clients and the firm’s team to fulfill any client requests quickly and thoroughly.

He is in the best position to answer initial questions, and we’re excited to welcome Anthony to help fulfill that promise.”
Shepperd previously worked full-time in retail where he developed his customer service skills. He utilizes his experience in customer service to assist each client in an effective manner and helps clients face the often-intimidating legal process. To maintain the Firm’s standards of excellence, Shepperd is pursuing a degree in addition to full-time work.
